1-1/2 Jiggers 100% agave
Tequila
1 Jigger Orange Liqueur
1/2 Jigger lime juice ( Juice 1/2 lime )
1/4 cup crushed or small cubed ice
Shake it all up in
a cocktail shaker, and pour into a salt rimmed glass. One of the tricks
to a good Margarita is not to over do it with the liqueur. You can use
Cointreau, Grand Marnier, Triple Sec, Curacao, and other Orange liqueurs.
The experts tell you to use fresh lime juice when possible, however the
limes we get in the US are usually quite bitter and sugar needs to be
added.
Frozen Lime-aid works
in a pinch and is a much better alternative to commercial sweet and sours.

2 oz 100% agave Tequila
2 oz Coco Lopez ® cream of coconut
4 oz pineapple juice
1/4 cup crushed or small cubed ice
Shake it all up in a cocktail shaker.
You may sprinkle with
shredded coconut and add a pineapple wedge for a garnish.
Coco Lopez ® is
made from a unique and natural process and it makes an obvious difference
when making this drink. Being a natural product, often the cream of coconut
has solidified or congealed on the shelf. Simply place the can in warm
water for a few minutes and it will re-liquify.

2 oz. 100% agave Tequila
4 oz Agua de Mango ( Mango Water ) see note below
3/4 oz Chambord
1/4 cup crushed or small cubed ice
4 ripe mangos peeled,
pitted and pureed. 1 quart water and 3/4 cup of sugar. If you want a traditional
Tequila Sunrise this is the same basic recipe. Just use fresh Orange juice
( frozen will work just fine ) anduse grenadine instead of Chambord.
For presentation let
the Chambord or grenadine sink to the bottom of the glass which creates
the 'Sunrise' effect but sooner or later you need to stir or shake it
and drink it.
